Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of plumbworx.shop and any purchase you make from PLUMBWORX PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED (Company No. 05083101), registered at 100 Queen Street, Newton Abbot, England, TQ12 2EU, United Kingdom. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

We sell consumer bathroom storage and vanity organisation products. We make every effort to show products and colours accurately, but slight variation between images and the delivered item can occur. Product dimensions, weight limits and material details are listed on each product page.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are inclusive of the listed item only. Any taxes, duties or import charges that may apply in your destination country are your responsibility and are shown or explained at checkout where possible. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already accepted.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment partners, Stripe and PayPal. Your bank or card statement will show the descriptor “PLUMBWORX SHOP”. We do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours as described in that policy.

Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products are storage and organisation accessories. You must follow the fitting, weight and surface guidance on each product page. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by incorrect installation, overloading, or use of adhesive fixings on unsuitable surfaces. Our products are not building, plumbing or electrical fixtures.

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
