This store is operated by PLUMBWORX PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales under number 05083101, with its registered office at 100 Queen Street, Newton Abbot, England, TQ12 2EU. We sell home photo-display products to consumers and trade buyers.

2. Products

All items are plain, unbranded home display goods. We make every effort to show products accurately, but colours and finishes may vary slightly between screens and batches. Products ship blank and do not include photographs, artwork or licensed content.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and exclude any taxes or duties unless stated.
• An order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send an order confirmation.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; you will be refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal. We do not store full card details. You confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and returns

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Refund & Returns Policy, both of which form part of these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

7. Liability

We provide products with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
