Refund & Returns Policy

1. Return window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original packaging and complete with all parts.

2. Non-returnable items

• Items that have been installed, mounted or assembled.
• Products returned without their original packaging or with missing parts.
• Items damaged by misuse after delivery.

3. How to start a return

1. Email support@plumbworx.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return.
2. We will reply with a return address and instructions within 2 business days.
3. Pack the items securely and send them back using a tracked service.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (via Stripe or PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Refunds are made in USD for the price of the returned items. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Return shipping costs

You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover the cost.

6. Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.

7. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to your statutory consumer rights, which are not affected.
