Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Here is exactly how returns and refunds work.

1. Your 14-day return window
You can return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in their original packaging with all parts and accessories included. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Hygiene and safety exclusions
For health and safety reasons, the following can only be returned if they are unused and in their sealed original packaging:
- Bath mats and any item that contacts skin in use.
- Toothbrush holders, cups and other oral-care storage.
- Labels and adhesive items once the seal or backing is removed.
If a hygiene item has been opened or used, we cannot accept it back unless it is faulty.
3. Items fixed to a wall or surface
Items that have been mounted, drilled, or attached with adhesive cannot be returned as “unused”, because fitting changes their condition. Please check the dimensions, weight rating and suitable surfaces on the product page before you install. Faulty items are always covered — see below.
4. Damaged or faulty items
If an item arrives damaged, broken or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@plumbworx.shop with your order reference and photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any return postage, at no cost to you. Glass, ceramic and acrylic items are packed to protect them in transit, but we will always replace transit breakages.
5. How to start a return
- Email support@plumbworx.shop with your order reference and the items you wish to return.
- We confirm your return and send the return address.
- Pack the items securely in their original packaging and post them back.
- We inspect the return and process your refund.
6. Return shipping costs
For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. For damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied items, we cover the return cost. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.
7. Refund timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return, we issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method via Stripe or PayPal. Your bank may take a few additional days to show the funds. We refund the price of the returned items; original shipping is refunded only where the item was faulty or incorrect.
8. Order cancellation
If your order has not yet shipped, email us and we will cancel it for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, please use the return process above.
