Shipping & Delivery Policy

How and when your order is processed, shipped and tracked — and what happens if something goes wrong.

1. Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment partners. All orders and prices are in US dollars (USD). Some remote destinations may be unavailable at checkout; if so, contact support@plumbworx.shop and we will advise.

2. Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and again when it ships.

3. Delivery estimates

  • United Kingdom: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • Europe: 4–9 business days after dispatch.
  • United States & Canada: 6–12 business days after dispatch.
  • Rest of world: 8–16 business days after dispatch.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping. The exact cost for your order is always shown before you pay.

5. Tracking

Once your order ships, we email a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your confirmation, contact us and we will look into it.

6. Customs, duties and taxes

For deliveries outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are not included in the price or shipping cost and are the recipient’s responsibility. Please check your local rules before ordering.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents and contact support@plumbworx.shop within 48 hours of delivery. For parcels that appear lost in transit, contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier and, where appropriate, resend or refund your order.

8. Incorrect address and failed delivery

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange re-sending (additional postage may apply) or a refund of the item value.
