Do products come with photos or artwork?

No. Everything ships blank so you can add your own photos. We do not sell prints, posters, licensed art or characters.

What currency are prices in?

All prices and charges are in US Dollars (USD), wherever you are in the world.

How much is shipping?

A flat $6 applies to orders under $55. Orders of $55 or more ship free worldwide. Estimates and details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.

How do returns work?

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.

Which payment methods do you accept?

On the live store, payment is handled securely by Stripe and PayPal. We never store full card details.

Can I order in bulk for a property or business?

Yes. Use our Bulk & Trade page to request volume pricing for property, hospitality, retail and office orders.

Will frames fit standard photo sizes?

Frame openings are listed on each product page in both inches and centimetres so you can match your prints before ordering.
